How to keep a balance in children not only food  nutrition and vitamin, mental building and physical health they are very important. As well as healthy thinking that must be prioritized. 

The balance of children can be disturbed from within the existing Family, from divorce situation and the existing environment. Giving more attention is not only the responsibility that exists in this case parents and families for their own childhood.

School is also the most important part in the development of children out there, knowledge and increase relationships and learn character, how to get results for their future how to give good results in their lives in the future so that they become useful people.

Their balance can be helped with a good addition, from many things such as, managing themselves and others. Various kinds of things that can be given to them. Understanding and Education and many others, various other things that can be taught and how they can use their knowledge for the community at large.

The things that need to be considered, the most important are physical, mental and spiritual:

Character education is the most important thing that can provide good things for themselves, one of which is love for fellow parents, rich and poor, and respect for others, love in this case is many things. How we as parents should be able to give them an understanding of the divine love for each other, without demeaning them and how to establish a relationship.

But at this time IQ is more prioritized in a Career space , how can they be smart but don't have an existing emotional balance EQ, can't give good contribution to others and develop also motivate each other. Emotional person are very vulnerable, there are various things we have to do is to help them explore and face what is inside them, how they can accept their self both from the environment and family.

Education at school takes a lot of time and so on, but sometimes our children play at home and doesn't care about time role. Valuing Time is invaluable for their lessons on how to value time so they can be organized. Being on time from “our creator” love for humans, building them up so they can be better and more organized in a life that is like cleanliness. Because cleanliness is part of faith, giving the best to others so that they can establish good relationships with each other. 




Time is now forgotten by many people, because according to them the role of time is not important. Wasting time on useless things. How should we rearrange ourselves in order to appreciate time. Self-management from within the family learning from parent’s are now in the midst of a pandemic, how parents should be able to sharing their time, how to earn a living and teach their children.

How do we teach them to be more organized in daily matters, a good daily personal life can give good results for them in the future.  Discipline in time is a very important thing, from that we can fight laziness in ourselves so that we are aware of the very important time in life.

There are many things that must be addressed in the millennial era as it is today, with the proliferation of conveniences and others. We have to go back simple so we can be better off not depending on smartphones and gadgets. We must understand civilization, but don't rely too much on it, it's better to hold on to our abilities so that we can control ourselves more. And learn to understand your own strengths and weaknesses.

How nutrition also has an effect on giving good results for children, so that they can get a good intake, one of which is by giving good results so that their body growth is maximized. And can be a child who is physically and mentally healthy


Give them good activities at home, such as washing dishes, sweeping, mopping, making beds and so on. The work that looks small but has a big impact on the future discipline of their lives. It is better to be able to provide good benefits in the future so that it can be embedded in everyday life.

Physical health can also be helped by exercising from day to day, by cycling, walking, running, gymnastics, and other things. Helping themselves better to understand about their physical and spiritual in order to better understand and understand themselves. So that they don't get sick easily in the midst of this pandemic.

There are many other things that children should avoid in their development, selfish, greedy, lazy, arrogant, and others, we must keep them independent and stay away from bad traits. Even though they are not perfect we must teach them how to know themselves and provide understanding so that they understand in adulthood.
